Key Metrics Addendum

Governance

Akamai’s reporting period covers January 1 to December 31 of each year, unless stated otherwise. The information disclosed in our reporting covers the entire scope of Akamai’s business activities, including all subordinate entities and subsidiaries, which also includes acquired subsidiary undertakings, as soon as the appropriate processes and systems are implemented, to enable consistent data collation and Akamai group level consolidation. Our metrics reported below are compiled in alignment with established Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) standards, and are not fully representative of the consequential accounting logic defined under CLIMATE-2026.

This data is as of December 31, 2025, utilizing a net market-based methodology. Energy and emissions values have been verified by an external independent auditor as of June 10, 2026. For more information on our emissions figures and methodology, please also see our environmental metrics assurance statement.
